1. Return Eligibility

At Smellexotic, your satisfaction is our priority! If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return, exchange, or store credit under the following conditions:

- The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request should be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Customers must provide a valid tracking number when sending back an item.
- The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We regret to inform you that certain items are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety considerations:
  
- Opened or used fragrances, oils, and beauty products.

3. Steps to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

1. *Contact Us* – Please reach out via email at smellexotic@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for requesting a return.
2. *Await Approval* – We will check if your item qualifies for a return and confirm approval.
3. *Return Shipment* – Once approved, kindly ship back the item using a valid tracking number within 14 days.
4. *Refund Processing Time* – After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note that returns submitted without a tracking number cannot be processed.

4. Refund Processing & Additional Fees
Refunds can either go back to the original payment method or be issued as store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Note : We retain full discretion over denying refunds in cases where:
  
- No tracking number has been provided by the customer upon returning an item.
- Returns are attempted after surpassing the specified 14-day period.
- Orders contravene our outlined return policies.
